Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Director has the ability to work Monday - Friday including on call The Maintenance Director will work independently and able to lead a team The Maintenance Director has knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, HVAC The Maintenance Director has knowledge of Life Safety requirements The Maintenance Director will adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures The Maintenance Director will abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards The Maintenance Director having experience in a long term care nursing facility is helpful We are offering the following:
